03. You book with confidence
We provide the recommendations, introductions and booking guidance you need. You either approve each choice and pay accommodations, guides and other travel providers directly—keeping you fully informed and in control.

What exactly is a bespoke Swiss Alps trip?
A bespoke trip is designed entirely around your group, interests, ability, pace and preferred balance of adventure and relaxation. Rather than choosing from a generic package, we help identify the right destinations, accommodations and experiences for your dates.
How do you select the right accommodation?
We recommend accommodations based on your travel style, priorities, group and itinerary. From historic chalets and mountain huts to boutique hotels and luxury resorts, every recommendation is chosen for its location, atmosphere and fit within the wider trip.
Can you assist with ski bookings and reservations?
Yes. We either provide trusted recommendations, introductions and booking guidance for accommodations, certified mountain guides, instructors, transportation, restaurants and experiences. You approve each choice and book and pay the provider directly, keeping you fully informed and in control, or we make all bookings on your behalf and build a turn-key fully packaged trip catered to your vision and goals.
Insider Concierge includes everything in Insider Planning, plus pre-arrival coordination, one dedicated point of contact, remote support during your trip and help with adjustments or unexpected changes. We coordinate the moving pieces while you retain control of bookings and payments.
What is included in the Insider Concierge?
Do you offer in-person hosting days?
Yes. Our Private Insider Experience can include pre-arranged hosting days, arrival and resort orientation, hosted local discovery and on-the-ground assistance. This premium service is custom-priced and offered on a limited-availability basis.
Are you a travel agency or mountain guiding service?
Swiss Alp Insider is an independent trip-planning and concierge service. We do not provide technical mountain guiding or replace licensed travel providers. When your trip requires specialist expertise, we connect you with appropriately certified local guides, instructors and trusted partners.
